2. Service Description
PinMetrix provides AI-powered Pinterest pin generation, scheduling, analytics, and keyword research tools for ecommerce brands and marketers.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use PinMetrix.
4. Subscription & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly as selected. All plans include a 3-day free trial. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use PinMetrix for any unlawful purpose, to violate Pinterest's terms of service, or to distribute spam, malware, or misleading content.
6. Intellectual Property
PinMetrix and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PinMetrix and are protected by intellectual property laws. Content you create using PinMetrix remains yours.
7. Limitation of Liability
PinMetrix is provided "as is" without warranty. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
